WARRANTY TERMS

Wildsync warrants that this product is free from material or workmanship defects and meets the specified standards at the time of shipping for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, any defective or damaged units may be returned to the manufacturer for repair, servicing, and calibration. This warranty does not cover issues arising from damage incurred during shipping, improper installation or power supply, unsuitable operating conditions, mishandling, or any other evident user-related faults.


This warranty does not apply to DIY kits or units assembled from these kits.

LEGACY SUPPORT

If something goes wrong with your Wildsync product after the warranty period has ended, don’t worry – we’re still here to help! This applies to any device, regardless of when or where it was originally purchased. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for labor, parts, and shipping costs where applicable.

RETURN POLICY

Any device intended for warranty repair or replacement must be shipped in its original packaging, so please keep it just in case. Wildsync is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. Before sending anything to us, please contact us at wildsyncgear[a]gmail[.]com
